JAMM Solutions LLC was founded in Charlotte, North Carolina, with a simple mission: provide honest, reliable, and high-quality roofing repairs and epoxy floor coatings for homeowners, multifamily properties, and local businesses.
My name is Javier Díaz. Construction has been part of my life since childhood—my father was a civil engineer, and I grew up learning from him on job sites, understanding the value of hard work, craftsmanship, and responsibility. This early exposure led me to study Civil Engineering, giving me a strong technical foundation in construction methods, structural concepts, and building practices.
Before moving to the United States, I spent nearly ten years working on roofing projects and industrial epoxy floor coating and repair, completing more than 8,000 m² (over 86,000 square feet) of installations, restorations, and high-performance flooring systems. This included large-scale commercial and industrial projects, giving me international experience with advanced materials, complex scopes, and specialized repair solutions.
Eight years ago, I came to the United States and spent five years working for a leading roofing contractor in the Southeast. During that time, I gained extensive hands-on experience in roof repairs, leak diagnostics, multifamily roofing projects, gutters, metal roofing, shingle systems, and flat roof scopes. Managing and supporting large operations in multifamily communities helped me develop a deep understanding of workflows, safety, customer communication, and quality control at scale.
My wife, Martha, contributes her background in architecture and roofing from our home country. Together, we bring a family-driven approach—combining technical knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine care for every customer.
At JAMM Solutions, we focus on small and medium roof repairs, flat roof patching, shingle repairs, leak detection, and high-quality epoxy floor coatings for garages, patios, and commercial spaces. We believe every customer deserves clear communication, fair pricing, and dependable service.
